Breaking Free by Nikaia Mendoza

Besides travel and reading books I sometimes like to make poems. It all depends on  my mood though because sometimes it just makes it easier to let all your feelings out besides talking it to your friends or your families. So here is an example of my work and I hope you like it.

Trip to Universal Studios

On June 1, 2013 my family, relatives, friends and I, went to the Universal Studios Singapore. It was a fun experience, especially when I rode the roller coaster and I just love the adrenaline. We even took a picture with Kung Fu  panda haha. 

                                     

My Best Friends

These are my best friends. Back then, i wished i had a sister but now i realize i think i don''t need one anymore because their in front of me everyday. I love them besides my parents because with them i can be the person who i really am. without them i don't even know what i will do and who i'am.

Step Up All In

A while ago my mom and I went to see Step Up All In. and let me tell you IT WAS AWESOME!!. I mean if I ever got moves like that I think i'd be in julliard right now.

Wattpad

One word and two syllables changed my life and that is Wattpad. Wattpad is an app/website that has unlimited stories. It has different kinds of categories like vampires, werewolves, teen fictions, non- fiction, science fiction, romance, mystery, adventures and many more. So if you want to read as many books as you can download this app or go to its website wattpad.com . I'm sure you would be enjoying it as much as I do. :))

Trip to Legoland Malaysia

       The year before last summer, my family, friends, relatives and I went to Legoland Malaysia. We actually rode the bus from Singapore to there it was only 2 to 3 hours because Singapore and Malaysia are just stuck together, but before you enter the land of Malaysia you have to go to the immigration first. When we arrived in Legoland everything was made out of Lagos and there were so many people there and it was so hot (but it didn't stop our visit there). even though it was so hot our trip to Legoland Malaysia was worth it.

BOOKS

Besides travel I also like to read books. I know some people don't like to read I mean I used to despise books, but when I tried reading one I realized that I actually enjoyed it. So since then I read books all the time. The reason why I now like to read is not just it can enhance your vocabulary, but because I can imagine how my characters would look. It's like you're a director that you imagine things how you wanted it to be. I also like it because sometimes you can relate to the situation in the book. so for me reading a book is fun and i encourage you to read one too because trust me you'd enjoy it as much as I do.
